Service and Pricing Model

TimeCardCruncher is a U.S.-only business-to-business software-as-a-service product. The Service is currently provided free of charge. The Company reserves the right to convert the Service from a free to a paid service in accordance with Section 6 of the Terms of Service, on at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to registered Customers and in-product. Paid plans (when introduced) will be offered in tiers with differing usage limits and pricing. No automatic billing will be applied to any free-service account on the conversion date without that Customer's affirmative plan selection. Detailed plan specifications, fees, billing frequency, and applicable taxes will be published on the Service's pricing page and in the Conversion Notice, in accordance with Article 6 of the Croatian Electronic Commerce Act (Zakon o elektroničkoj trgovini).
